Built on the burger we always wanted to eat.

Marcie's started with one rule: don't cut corners. Quality beef. Fresh buns. Sauces made in-house. We're a pop-up running around San Diego right now, slinging burgers out of the kitchen and into your hands.

No frozen patties. No mystery cheese. No 40-ingredient menus. Just the burger, the way it should be.
